You deserve a space where your emotions are honoured, your story is held with care, and your healing feels possible. If you’re noticing that parts of your life no longer feel balanced or aligned, I’m here to walk alongside you as you explore what needs to shift. Together, we can work toward greater clarity, steadiness, and connection, whether you’re navigating daily stress, relationship challenges, trauma, or something more complex.

My approach is grounded, relational, and deeply compassionate. I am committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space where people of all identities and lived experiences feel respected and supported. I live and practice on the unceded lands of the Lekwungen peoples and carry a deep appreciation for cultural diversity.

I work from a strengths‑based, person‑centred foundation, integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution‑Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and resiliency‑building practices. Because our emotions live in the body, I often incorporate somatic healing to help clients reconnect with their internal cues, regulate their nervous system, and gently process what feels overwhelming. My Somatic Healing Certification supports this work, allowing us to explore the body as a resource for grounding and transformation.

I also bring specialized training in First Responder Health, including an understanding of First Responder culture and trauma. This helps me support individuals working in high‑stress or trauma‑exposed environments with sensitivity and attunement.

Before entering the counselling field, I spent years teaching primary and secondary students in the public school system, as well as teaching English online to children in China. These experiences strengthened my understanding of diverse learning needs, communication styles, and the challenges young people face today.

My commitment to community care began long before my counselling career. In 2015, I founded Sunday Sandwiches YCC, a non‑profit supporting individuals experiencing homelessness and housing scarcity in Calgary. This work deepened my understanding of trauma, addictions, and the complexities of social systems, continuing to shape my belief in the power of compassion and collective support.

I bring warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s story. Healing is not linear, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I am honoured to support you as you move toward resilience, balance, and meaningful change.
